As a human capital practitioner, one of your most important tasks is ensuring your employees have the skills they need to succeed now while building organizational capability for the future. Through our partnership with Office of Personnel Management, we can map our content (research, insights, and peer learning programs) to key competencies from the OPM competency library. This allows you to:
